Outside at the fellowship area SECTION 5 St. Francis of Assisi BEC and the RCIA Group jointly organised the Mother's Day Coffee Morning. Proceeds from the sale were channeled to the Church renovation fund and also to support the BEC social concern and RCIA projects. Besides the food there were sale of furry toys and other decorative items suitable to be bought as presents for moms. There was also the continued sale of philatelic and numismatic items which continued to draw interests of like minded hobbyist as they picked up stamps, First Day covers and also coins to add on to their own personal collection. Once again the monies raised were for the Church renovation fund.
