The 29th Parish Assembly held on 14.11.09 was attended by more than 80 parish leaders including a number who were attending for the first time after being elected to hold office in BECs and also Parish Groups. This Assembly was significant in that it gathered together Parish leaders to further the works of the BECs and Parish Groups based on themes of PMPT, the Archdiocese and also of the 2011 Golden Jubilee Celebration of SFX Church which is "As Church in Faithfulness to Christ".
His Grace Archbishop Y.B. Tan Sri Dato Murphy Pakiam also graced the Assembly and addressed all present.
The Assembly ended with a Eucharistic celebration, followed by dinner and fellowship.
